Nexbi

Nexbi is a social network for esports enthusiasts that allows users to find teammates, share gameplay clips, trade or sell in-game items, and connect with others in the competitive gaming scene. The platform created a vibrant community around esports and quickly became a hub for collaboration and content sharing among players.

My main role focused on the backend development of the platform, ensuring performance and scalability as the user base grew. I worked on scaling the system with Java Spring Boot and Redis, successfully supporting over 500,000 users while maintaining fast response times and reliability under heavy traffic.

The platform’s success and community impact led to national media coverage, including an interview on Spanish national television and radio , highlighting its innovation in the esports industry.
